Renovation and expansion of the existing Village Hall building. Converted the open assembly floor plan into 12 guest rooms, fitness area and common lounge area. Guest rooms include one and two bedrooms, restrooms, showers, kitchen/dining area, and living room areas. Each guest room has a unique theme (Kentucky Derby, National Corvette Museum, Western Kentucky University, etc.) and artwork by local artists.
