Summary:
This design-build project primarily consists of ~27,500SF of new office space, 225,800SF of manufacturing / production space. This facility is a greenfield site with all new site utilities, roadways and overall land development. The main building a Pre-Engineered Metal Building with CMU wainscot and metal siding on the production area and Pre-Cast concrete panel walls for the office areas. The production floors are epoxy finished and office spaces were finished out with LVP, Ceramic tile, and quartz epoxy. The building is fully conditioned and LED lighting throughout.
