Summary:
Stamping manufacturing facility producing automobile metal frame components. Heavy manufacturing design included 10” thick floor slabs with double mat reinforcing, 3,000 ton press foundation, and 1,000 ton press foundation. Pre-engineered building design included crane runway system for duel 30 ton/40 ton overhead bridge crane. Process systems included 3,000 main electrical switch board, cable tray, process electrical panels, and process air distribution system.
