Summary:
The new education / sanctuary facility consists of a two story PEMB / structural steel structure with a masonry / metal siding exterior. The 6,594 s.f. mezzanine remains unfinished at this time along with the 9,672 s.f. sanctuary. Some of the amenities include two restroom groups, kitchen, book store, cafe, lounge, lobby and one large unfinished assembly area. The new structure is adjoined to the existing building by a 447 s.f. atrium. The building also has a covered main entrance.
